Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits are non refundable, but are transferable to a revised date, provided the contract is unchanged.
    
2. Should the customer cancel or postpone this contract, for any reason, within 8 weeks of the wedding date shown,
   then the customer shall pay 75% of the total. Within 6 weeks the full total would be payable.
    
   ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND BY REGISTERED POST. Telephone cancellations are not acceptable.
    
3. Payment of the contract must be made in full by CLEARED FUNDS one month before the wedding date.
    
4. Payment of a deposit, signifies acceptance of the companies booking conditions.
    
5. Whilst every effort is made to carry out this contract, A White Rolls Royce reserve the right to alter the contract due to any circumstances beyond it's control.
